5–9 October 2022
The Stadtgalerie Künstlerhaus Lauenburg and the Künstlerhaus Lauenburg invite you to contribute your perspective and ideas to the redesign of this soon-to-be publicly accessible communal area. We are currently envisioning a place to stay, inform and regenerate, which can also serve as a meeting place and venue for cultural workers from all over Germany. The versatile use will be accompanied by a multi-perspective planning process by the artists’ collective “mark”. You are cordially invited to enrich and help shape this process.
In order to be able to grasp a range of needs, wishes and ideas for this space, “mark” is inviting around 30 people associated with Künstlerhaus Lauenburg to work together from 5-9 October 2022: Former scholarship holders, local residents and cultural actors from Lauenburg and the surrounding area.

The planning phase will then be made publicly accessible and handed over to Christian Helwing, a former scholarship holder of the house. Based on this, he will design an architectural spatial concept and accompany the structural implementation.
